What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll support multiple departments across our warehouse operations and help deliver the level of service and quality our customers expect.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in various warehouse departments based on daily needs
- Maintaining our high standards for accuracy, organization, and service
- Support warehouse team training and development
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with teammates while also working independently
- Staying active throughout the day — this role involves walking, movement, and hands-on work

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

- Appreciation for the outdoors and/or fly-fishing culture is a huge plus
