All Umpqua Packs and Bags are covered by our Guarantee. If your Umpqua pack, bag or vest fails due to workmanship or material defect during the life of the product, please return it to us for evaluation. At our discretion we will either repair or replace your pack. This guarantee does not apply to accidental damage, neglect, saltwater corrosion, or materials breaking down over the life of the product.
