Page Rogers
Signature Tyer
The Fly Fishing community lost another great one with the passing of Page Rogers in March of 2023.
Page was a legend in the New England fly fishing circle and we were proud to have called her our first female Signature Tyer.
She grew up in Connecticut and enjoyed fishing the waters of Martha's Vineyard where she would go on to develop patterns like the Slim Jim and Big Eye Baitfish.
In addition to tying and fly fishing, Page was ordained as an Episcopal minister in 1981 and served in the full-time ministry in Farmington, Middle Haddam and Niantic until her retirement in 2012.
We will miss Page and are deeply grateful for the time we had with her.
