FLEXAMENT

This fly tying head cement dries clear and rubbery, the strongest of any evaporative head cement. It's also good for feathers (will prevent quills from splitting if applied sparingly) and for anchoring lead wire. Choose cement or thinner in 1 oz. wide mouth bottles.
